Body Balance consists of an integration/combination of different techniques to help achieve physical balance, develop awareness and create a Mind Body connection
A Variety of techniques to help improve strengthening, flexibility, balance, stabilization, compensation, opposition, coordination, releasing restrictions and achieving freedom through a healthy application of movement.
For this class we suggest for students to have available (if possible) at least 1 tennis ball -Yoga Mat - Theraband - Strap and a chair with a flat surface.
