Adam Caplan is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT500) who has been teaching yoga internationally to people of all ages and abilities since 2005. His style is an amalgam of classical yoga, Buddhist thought, and modern western approaches, with insights from some of the world’s time-honored spiritual traditions and healing modalities—all informed by academic study and years of extensive practice in India, Thailand, Nepal, and U.S.A.
In teaching yoga, Adam is known for his meditative approach, which brings relaxation to the physical body, calm and focus to the mind, and overall feelings of grounding, centeredness, and well-being. His classes integrate mindfulness and awareness, attention to physical alignment, and breath work, to help students experience the most profound effects possible—in health, self-knowledge, and overall well-being.
